Right of withdrawal for NexaLearn
Introduction
At NexaLearn, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. This declaration of right of withdrawal provides you with information about your rights to withdraw from the purchase of our online teaching services, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

1. Duration of the right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time of agreement or from the day you gain access to the service, whichever occurs later. This period is called the cooling-off period.

2. Exemption from the right of withdrawal
The right to cancel does not apply if you have started using the service and more than four teaching hours have been completed within the cancellation period of 14 days.

3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase before the cancellation period expires. Please send an e-mail to post@nexalearn.no to inform us of your decision.

4. Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal
Refund
If you exercise your right of cancellation within the cancellation period, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by NexaLearn).
Refund method
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your message about the decision to regret the purchase. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

5. Termination of subscription after the cancellation period
Termination period
After the expiry of the cancellation period, you can cancel your subscription with one month's notice. Termination can be done by sending an e-mail to post@nexalearn.no or through the app's administration function.
Access to the Service
Upon termination, you will have access to the service until the month of termination, after which access will end.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. When exercising the right of withdrawal, necessary personal data will be processed to be able to carry out the refund.
